"Be prepared to eat healthy. Eating healthy just does not automatically happen. It takes planning. Prepare your meals ahead a time. Keep a meal or two with you as much as possible. This will allow you to control what you are eating. It will also cut down on the fast food. Think ahead, don't just wing it.

"One of the most important things to do when working out is to pay attention to your body. Some people over train due to the lack of them listening to their body. Your body needs rest and proper nutrition to repair itself. So, remember, listening to your body is not overrated. Be smart and care for you. No one else will."
