"Kids are really active almost all the time. Have you ever tried to keep up to your kids...if not I challenge you to try. Whether they are running around or playing in the park they will keep you on your toes. If you have a day out with the kids and they are here there and everywhere and your right along with them instead of sitting on the side lines then you will definately need a nap just like they do when they play too hard."
