This tip is a great meal plan to live by if you want lean muscle and a healthy body. Great post!!! I love my protein, and after you get used to a new way of eating, you realize how much eating small amounts of protein at every meal, and pre & post workout makes a difference.

Thanks for posting this article.... I always get confused as to how much of what I should eat.
Muscle & Fitness Hers used to be my favorite fitness magazine until Oxygen (which has improved greatly since they first came out!) came along. I'm still bummed that M&F hers doesn't come out monthly anymore. :( Both of these mags are pretty awesome!
