Increase Power and Strength
Save Tip
Rate-of-force production (how fast your muscles can produce force) or power is very important. An increase in muscle growth will not (by itself) increase power. You have to train fast in order to increase speed strength, agility and quickness! Improving rate-of-force production helps everyone, not just athletes.

Great Point! A lot of people seem to think that Strength and Power are the same thing which of course they are not. As you mention Power includes the element of speed not just strength.
