6 reasons you aren't losing the weight you want to 6 reasons you aren't losing the weight you want to
Save Tip

There are 6 main reasons why some people can never attain their weight loss goal. Here they are;
1) You are eating too much food at night.
2) You are eating reactive foods that cause bloating and swelling, as well as false fat.
3) You are eating too many foods at one time
4) You are not chewing thouroughly and not digesting completely.
5) You are consuming excess protein (especially cheese and red meat) which makes the body more acidic.
6) You are doing an imbalanced workout routine with too much put on bulking and not enough on aerobic work.

Fixing only 3 of these can make a huge difference, but for serious weightloss, change these around and you will see excess weight drop rather quickly.

MleighS84 i just read this post - what i do to curb the cravings is a cup of warm milk - fills me up and relaxes me for bed - the way i see it if i drink a glass of skim milk it is way better than the calories/fat that i am craving in other late night food munchies

OzzieOcean If I am really hungry at night I have a 1/2 bowl of iceburg lettuce and a HUGE galss of water. A great 0 calorie treat!
