Healthy Teeth Healthy Teeth
Save Tip

I always figured nice teeth were good to have. I have never had a cavity, and my teeth are fairly white. Recently while speaking with a few dentists, I discovered a great tip on keeping clean, healthy white teeth.
Keep a tooth brush at home and at work and make sure they are different.
Every morning brush with Sensodyne Pro-Enamel.
After lunch brush with Aquafresh whitening and Brightening
After supper use either Crest Pro Health or Fresh Expressions.
This will keep your teeth very clean, using different brushes get the different parts of the teeth, and the mix of toothpastes guarantees that your teeth get what they need.

Rossana Another thing i use to do, in line with what you are saying, is using both hands to brush. This will first of all ensure you do not brush asymmetrically, second thing will allow you to improve your "skills" in the hand you use less frequently :)

OzzieOcean Apparently soem are better at whitening, some are better protecting your enamel and others are better at removing tartar and preventing cavities. I still don't fully buy into the different toothbrush idea, but I guess mixing up toothpastes has its advantages and benefits, with no negative effect... Whatever works I guess!

runningbear Wow. I had no idea you were supposed to change it up with both toothpaste and the type of brush you use from one brushing to the next. To be honest, I usually just buy the brand and type of toothpaste that happens to be on sale. I never thought about them performing different functions.

OzzieOcean We work so hard to keep our bodies inshape and healthy. We eat right and worry about our nutrition. This takes 6 minutes a day, and has many benefits, both dental and esthetic.

Ron And, believe it or not, keeping your teeth & gums clean can help your immune system!
