HIGH INTENSITY WORKOUT-takes only 15 minutes
Save Tip

Fridays in the summer are normally a light day for my Personal Training practice. But today it seemed like all my high profile clients wanted to squeeze in one more workout before they drove off ( or flew) to the Hamptons and Millbrook. This left me with little time for my own workout.
Note: Every morning at 2:45am, I do my 100 push ups, 50 scissor kicks and 50 leg lifts and 20 minutes on the Stairmaster. During the day, when a break in my schedule comes up, I rush to the gym and put in 45 minutes of high intensity training.
Today I was left with 15 minutes and here’s what I did:
All with 50 pound dumbbells
Shoulder Press 6 reps
Squat 10 reps
Stiff leg deads 10 reps
Old school deads 10 reps
25 push ups
I did this five times around with almost no break.
I basically crawled out of the gym.
Give this a try next time you’re crunched for time.
