Are your kids making you FAT?
Save Tip
If you have kids you know how easy it is to "finish off" their snacks. Chips, Cheezits, Doritos, cookies and even the healthy stuff can add up through out the day.
Get in the habit of putting left over snacks in zip lock bags, back in the package or in the trash so they don't end up in your mouth! Take this one step and see how your body changes over the next 2 weeks.

I do that. My little girl always wants grilled cheese for lunch, but she leaves half of it. I put it in a zip loc so she can have it the next day for lunch. I'm not saying I NEVER nibble her food, but I really try to be conscious of what I'm eating. I think those who eat the kids' leftovers usually do so unconsciously.

Yeah this is a great tip. So many parents eat their kids snacks. I knew a mom that never made anything for herself ... she lived off her kids leftovers!

That is probably the best tip I have read here yet. It os so true. At our house treats are of the healthy variety, but when we go to friends and family, I see the adults eating the kids snacks all the time.
Great post!!!
