Don't Believe Everything You Read
Save Tip
I was reading some other posts and tips on FitConnect and it occured to me that there is STILL so much misinformation, half truths and out right lies in the health, wellness, fitness and weight loss industry. Some of it comes from magazines, you know the ones with the same headlines every month...and unfortunately some it even comes from other "so called' professionals in the fitness industry.
FitConnect is an exception resource because there are not only varying views and opinions - but EXTREMELY knowledgeable men and women who post quality information. This is a terrific place to sort out all of the junk from what is credible, truthful and useful information that will help people succeed.
A study can show anything that the source of funding wants it too. Even nutrition labels can misleading. Don't always trust what you read or hear in the media and when you have questions come to a place like FitConnect to find out the real story.
Keep it real. Learn. Win

“
SO true. You always have to consider the source. Many studies are instigated to "prove" whatever the company backing the study wants to prove in order to promote their product!
