Is it really that simple?
In a nutshell yes. Over the last 15 years we have a great job over complicating things. And how is that working for us? There is a reason that as the rate of obesity continues to rise we come out with more diets and fancy, split routine workouts.
Do some strategies within this mind set work better than others? Absolutely. There is so much information out there, not all of it credible, so simplify.
Get moving and eat well. 10 minutes of intense strength training followed by nutrition.
