OldeButGoode Oatmeal, sliced banana, 1 tblsp brown sugar !! I could eat it for any meal of the day !! My favorite breakfast.

runningbear Yeah. Saw your recipe. I just make regular quick oats (not instant) and add mashed banana for flavor and sweetness.

tdotross3 def avoid the flavors. i tried cinnamon roll and almost threw up. 1 packet of splenda and u're good to go

plucky Quaker all the way... But I do add a scoop of vanilla protein and about 1/2 cup of blueberry pecan granola cereal (from Costco). Top it of with just a splash of half-n-half... Yum! ;)

OzzieOcean Great tip. Oatmeal also contains 3 grams of protein and is usually low in sugar... it is a great way to start your day!
