Carina Great tip! Last year, I purchased a bigger bag for the back of my bike so I'm ready for small runs to the grocery store. I'm seriously thinking of riding to the gym, too (it's 7 miles one way). I can get my cardio in, to and from, and do my weights when I get to the gym!

OzzieOcean It is amazing the benefits of either walking, rollerblading or biking can offer as opposed to driving. With gas prices going up up up, I am sure my body fat will go down since my bike and rollerblades are both ready to go! Great tip!
