runningbear I expected to see desserts and oversized entrees on this list, but there were some things listed that I would have presumed to be healthy choices. It just goes to show you that just because it's chicken/turkey/fish doesn't necessarilly mean it's low fat and a good choice. It pays to do your homework (or let you do it for us ; ) ) Great info.

mattmean Haha I know, worse thing is check out the sodium, one has 6,700mg thats enough to extermine all the slugs on the east coast

plucky Damn scary! The bad thing is, some of those choices would seem like healthier ones, like fish tacos or taco salad. Crazy that these dishes have 1/2 or more of a full day's calories!! Eating out in general is a less healthy choice, and this list is proof.
