runningbear This is such an excellent tip. I use Nike plus to track my running progress, and it actually charts my ebbs and flows. I've been struggling with how to reduce the ebbs. The visual really does help me identify when in my runs they usually occur, and now that I'm more conscious of them I can definitely work to kick it up a notch when I regain the flow. It is very much a mental process! Thanks Plucky.
