Creatine and Protein Creatine and Protein
Save Tip

Dont forget, all these new supplements may very well sound to be proven, and are very alluring with the sounds of new technology and new scientific breakthroughs and such, but the one time tested and always true way to gain muscle is to pound protein and get some creatine in you. I know creatine is contraversial to many people, but i beleive it to be true.

farmstrong A lot of people seem to forget that they consume creatine on a regular basis, that is if they eat beef. If you order a steak at a restaurant your eating creatine. Yes this may not be true all the time, but 9 chances out of 10 that animal was given a hormone to stimulate its growth. but before freaks out, they should know that the amount of creatine in beef is really really low.

rickm8 yes, its very healthy, i talked to my sister whos a doctor and graduate majoring in bio and she says there is certainly no harm. im 17 and lift aloott too and it definately helps growing in size and density. i put on 5 pounds in 8 days last week using cytogainer protein (with other stuff in it) and you definately feel the effects and see them throughout your workout. definateely a good choice with no adverse effects if your looking to just get stronger plain and simple.

runningbear My son just started using it before his weights class and his workouts have become WAY more intense. The supplement he's using is Body Fortress Super Advance. He's using only the recommended amount, once/day. Is anyone familiar with this particular product, and at 17, is it healthy for him to be using it?

littleerik13 If you wanna take creatine and avoid gaining the excess water weight try creatine ethyl ester (CE2).
