Go 80/20
Save Tip
The 80/20 rule: eat 80% VERY healthy food, and don't worry so much about the remaining 20%. Small treats are okay provided you keep the portions small and don't overdo it. You're working out, eating healthy overall, so allowing yourself the occasional treat is a great way to stave off cravings and keep yourself from binging.

Awesome tip. I noticed that the healthier I eat and the more I workout, the less I crave other things, but if a craving does appear, hey why not... 1 small muffin once a year won't kill me. I probably go 95/5 but you are 110% correct with what you stated!
