runningbear I have a friend who can't function without them, and they really work for him. I always avoided them because I could never come back from one, but maybe with the caffeine I'd be fine.

ryan Hour naps are good if you have time... The best naps are when you're not under any time constraints and you can just dose off and wake up whenever... I miss those days.

ryan I used to power nap all the time... Lately I've cut them out, but when I do, i always slurp down a diet soda beforehand

crista 20 min naps are not helpful to me.. i like a good hr :) so that caffeine would surely mess it up for me. but in theory that idea sounds great, if u like a 20 min nap. :)

runningbear I've never been one to power nap, simply because I hate that groggy feeling that I can't seem to shake afterwards. I never thought about consuming caffeine BEFORE hand to counteract that. Thanks for the suggestion!
