OzzieOcean Walking the stairs instead of the escalator/elevator and walking instead of driving... or even biking or rollerblading can make a HUGE difference in your life. Its an awesome boost on your physical wellbeing!

OzzieOcean Its truly amazinghow much walking can help. I try my best to walk places instead of drive and you can see the difference its made. This is a great tip!
